The view out the window and the sound of the surf were amazing. But the rest of the property is like staying at a Super 8 Motel. I never say anything negative about properties unless I first give the feedback to the host. Which I did and was met with silence. The biggest , unsafe issue is that the garage gate is unreliable and the problem is not the remote control. It’s the gate motor, which I was shown by another tenant , needs you to kick it (yes, you read that right). Not safe when you are trapped inside because, if your kick is successful, you have to make sure you pull your foot back inside the gate, and out of the way of the moving gate to avoid being trapped or smashed. I heard nothing from management when I reported this. There are signs posted to be careful of the moving gate as it can death or injury but interesting that it’s unreliable and the fix is unsafe. I made the most of the view and sounds of the surf but the rest of the place is not worth it in my opinion. But you decide.

Just remember that view guys. The location too. It’s a very basic apartment unfortunately, we did not have anything that we needed when we checked in, (no toilet paper or paper towels) but there was someone on site that was able to provide us those items after we went to target to buy them ourselves. I almost feel like the apartment was not actually cleaned as there was wadded up, dirty washcloths in the cupboards. Ants were everywhere in the bathroom and living room and kitchen. There was leftover empty shampoo bottles in the shower as well.

View was beautiful. People around the neighborhood were friendly. This was the best Pet friendly place i've ever been to my doggies enjoyed taking walks and seeing all the othe friendly dogs i would definitely book this pla e again
